All sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges. We only accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at email@example.com within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will review your claims and determine if your item qualifies for an exchange or refund. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
Sizing: Red Berry Woman does have clothing items that are produced by a foreign vendor. Please read the size charts before purchasing, we will not refund or exchange for customers purchasing the wrong size. Written instructions and a video are provided on this website to help determine your measurements should you need help finding your size.
Red Berry Woman is not responsible for tracking packages or refunds for item(s) that have been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Pre order Items: Items being ordered for a pre order launch will take up to six to eight weeks to process and ship. The refund and exchange policy does apply to these items.
Dakȟóta Oyáte Collection: this Collection is a preorder collection. Items purchased from this collection can take anywhere from 4-5 weeks to process and ship.
Upcycled Formal Attire: Our upcycled formal attire are pieces that have been donated to Red Berry Woman or purchased by Red Berry Woman to help charity. These pieces have been repurposed and decolonized with materials found in our traditional garments. The purpose of Upcycling a garment is to help the effort of limiting the waste that ends up in landfills and is detrimental to our environment.
Please keep in mind before purchasing, that the upcycled pieces may have some ware from previous use.
